Hulu How I Met Your Father Fan Experience

To celebrate the finale of How I Met Your Father on Hulu, we invited fans to hang out at an apartment setting from the show, giving them the chance to watch the final episode in the ultimate fan setting.

The three-day event kicked off with a press preview, which included talent from the show, resulting in strong pre-event social & media coverage, and generated serious fan excitement.

Consumers were able to sign up for a screening time on a custom microsite, and upon arrival, were guided through the experience by trained brand ambassadors. Fans were encouraged to explore the sets, take photos, enjoy the screening, experience the multiple photo moments, and were gifted branded takeaways.

Part intimate finale screening event, part immersive pop up set, the activation not only brought fans into the world of HIMYF, it literally gave them the keys – on a branded keychain! The perfect giveaway.
